BETTING RULES

1.  INTEGRATION AND CONSTRUCTION

1.  This Betting Rules, as well as all attached annexes, (collectively – the “Rules”) supplement the T&C and constitute the integral part thereof, incorporated by reference. The Rules govern the use of the betting Games (participation in betting Games) available on the Website, if any.

2.  The T&C shall apply to the participation in the betting Games to the extend not specifically covered hereunder, while:

●   for all matters covered by both T&C and the Rules without any contradictions, the T&C and the Rules shall apply cumulatively; and

●   to all matters covered by both the T&C and the Rules with any kind of contradictions, either the T&C or the Rules shall apply, whichever is being stricter in respect of You.

3.  Save for the terms additionally or otherwise determined herein, all the terms used in the Rules (including Annexes hereto) shall have the same meaning as determined according to the T&C.

2.  BETTING GAMES

1.  Provided that You are fully compliant with all Website use and Game participation requirements under the T&C, and strictly and continuously perform all Your obligations under the T&C, We may allow You to participate in betting Games, i.e. Games in which, in consideration for Your Bet, We undertake to pay You a Win in the case a predicted by You outcomes of specific events come true (the “Betting Game(s)”), subject always to the terms and conditions hereof.

2.  If You wish to participate in a Betting Game, You need to login into Your Account, visit respective section of the Website and choose events with regard to which You would like to participate in a Betting Game and apply for the participation as described herein. We will not allow you to participate in Betting Games if You apply for the participation in any way not expressly described herein (for example, We will not consider Your applications provided by phone call or email). We will only consider Your applications for participation in Betting Games with regard to events, listed on the Website at the moment of applying; such events must be events, outcomes of which are not predetermined and, therefore, cannot be known in advance for sure; usually it is sports events or other events of a competitive nature (either real (e.g. Football or Dota2 matches or tournaments) or generated/simulated virtually (e.g. virtual football matches generated randomly by a respective software)) (the “Event(s)”).

3.  To apply for participation in a Betting Game, You shall, through Your Account:

●   select Event or Events and offered outcome options thereof (among ones listed on the Website at the moment of applying) (the “Outcome(s)”), which, You predict, must come true; and

●   set an amount of Your Bet within the available balance of Your Account, adhering the applicable minimum and maximum allowed Bet amounts and other stipulated restrictions; and

●   confirm Your choice by clicking respective link or button on the Website.

4.  We reserve the right to stipulate maximum allowed Bet amount and ament it from time to time. Have Our gaming platform for any reason accepted a Bet (several Bets for the same Outcome) of a total amount exciding the said maximum, it shall be deemed a Bet(s) of a maximum allowed (total) amount, while the excess shall be returned to Your Account balance and will not be considered for the calculation of Wins, if any (for the avoidance of doubts, the excesses will be eliminated in, and returned from, the later Bets first).

5.  After Your confirmation of Your application, We may, at our sole discretion, either approve or decline it. If We decide to approve the same, the application must be recorded and validated by Our gaming platform and amount of Bet You have set will be retained from Your Account balance. After all the said is properly performed, We and You shall be deemed entered into a wagering agreement for Your participation in a Betting Game under respective conditions (subject to Your choice of Events, Outcomes and Bet amount; and subject to the provisions of the T&C, including this Rules). We will use best efforts to have all Betting Games, You participate or participated in, and conditions of participation therein displayed in the “My Bets” section of the Website (which is to be accessible only when You are logged in into Your Account).

6.  Application for participation in a Betting Game may only be approved if provided before any covered Event actually begins (this rule is not applicable to so-called ‘live’ Betting Games – Betting Games covering Events already being in progress, with dynamic Outcomes and odds being updated and changed during an Event in question) and/or any result of such event, to be covered by Your respective prediction, becomes known and/or inevitable.

7.  After a wagering agreement is deemed to be entered into by You and Us, it shall not be amended or canceled unless otherwise provided for under the T&C.

8.  Your participation in a Betting Game shall always be subject to the Rules and T&C in force as of the moment of Your application for the participation, regardless of any further possible amendments.

3.  OUTCOMES AND ODDS

1.  We will use best efforts to make available different Outcome options to be chosen as Your prediction regarding the Events (e.g. Event winner, exact score, total number of goals/points, handicap winner etc.). Each Outcome will have its own assigned odd (coefficient) that will be used for the calculation of the Odd value and/or Win amount in a Betting Game according to this Rules. A value of an odd assigned to an Outcome may change from time to time, however, Your participation in a Betting Game shall always be subject to an odd value effective as of the moment of Your applying for the participation (save for amendment of a values of odds as expressly provided for herein).

2.  Although Outcome options usually cover single results of Events (e.g. “home team to win”), sometimes they may cover two (2) optional results that may not exist simultaneously (e.g. “home team to win or no draw). If You choose to predict an Outcome covering two (2) results of an Event that may not exist simultaneously, the Outcome shall be deemed coming true if either of two (2) such results actually comes so.

3.  Although Outcome options usually cover exact results of Events (e.g. “exact score is N”), sometimes they may cover a range of results (e.g. “total score is over N”). If You choose to predict an Outcome covering a range of results of an Event, the Outcome shall be deemed coming true if the respective result lays within such a range.

4.  Although Outcomes usually cover actual results of Events, sometimes they may cover speculative results (e.g. “home team would win if [the condition]”; the condition is usually an additional score points to a team/player). If You choose to predict an Outcome covering a speculative result, the Outcome shall be deemed coming true if the result would come so should the speculative condition be actually present.

5.  Although Outcomes are usually cover single results of events (e.g. “total score over N”), sometimes they may cover two (2) optional results (always with difference of half of a minimum score point) that may not exist simultaneously (the “Sub-Outcome(s)”). If You choose to predict an Outcome covering two (2) Sub-Outcomes, Your prediction shall be deemed made on an “either/or” basis and the following rules shall apply:

●   prediction of each Sub-Outcome may either be correct, false or void:

○   a prediction is deemed correct if a Sub-Outcome actually comes true (or would come true under a speculative condition, if any);

○   a prediction is deemed false if a Sub-Outcome does not actually come true (or would not come true under a speculative condition, if any), save for void predictions;

○   a prediction is deemed void when recognized so by Us according to this Rules; therefore

●   Your prediction regarding an Outcome covering two (2) Sub-Outcomes may be either of the following:

○   a “correct-correct” prediction – when both Sub-Outcomes come true (or would come true under a speculative condition, if any);

○   a “correct-void” prediction – when one of Sub-Outcomes come true (or would come true under a speculative condition, if any) and another Sub-Outcome is recognized void by Us;

○   a “void-false” prediction – when one of Sub-Outcomes is recognized void by Us and another Sub-Outcome does not come true (or would not come true under a speculative condition, if any);

○   a “false-false” prediction – when both Sub-Outcome do not come true (or would not come true under a speculative condition, if any);

●   the Outcome covering Sub-Outcomes, predicted by You, shall be deemed coming true in case it is either a “correct-correct”, a “correct-void”, or a “void-false” prediction;

●   in case of “correct-correct” prediction, the odd initially assigned to the Outcome shall be used as is;

●   in case of “correct-void” or “void-false” predictions, the odd initially assigned to the Outcome shall be amended as follows:

○   for a “void-false” prediction the odd shall amend to 0.5; and

○   for a “correct-void” prediction the odd shall amend according to the following formula:

AO = (IO+1)/2

where:

AO stands for the amended odd to be assigned to the Outcome;

IO stands for the initial odd assigned to the Outcome.

6.  For the avoidance of doubts, Outcome options may be combined (e.g. “Asian Total Over N,N” being an Outcome option covering two Sub-Outcomes each being a range of results).

7.  You may see the examples of calculations related to Outcome options in the Annex 1 hereto, which shall be deemed illustrative only and shall not be legally binding.

4.  WAGERING OPTIONS

1.  When You form an application for participation in a Betting Game, You will usually be able to choose one of the following wagering options:

●   a "Single" wagering option – participation in a Betting Game covering one (1) Outcome of one (1) Event. The general rules of participation shall apply;

●   a "Parlay" wagering option – participation in a Betting Game covering three (3) or more different Outcomes simultaneously. The general rules of participation shall apply, in addition a Betting Game with a Parlay option (the “Parlay”) shall not cover different Outcomes of the same Event (for this Purpose, championship, tournament or similar competition covering a number of Event may itself, at Our sole discretion, be considered as an Event), even when they are not dependent on each other; and

●   a “System” wagering option – participation in a Betting Game covering three (3) or more different Outcomes simultaneously, but, unlike a Parlay, a Betting Game with a System option (the “System”) constitutes a combination of Parlays, each covering the same number of chosen Outcomes (which number shall always be less than total number of all chosen Outcomes under the System) of a unique combination (two Parlays under the same System shall not cover the same Outcomes combination). When applying for participation in a System, You are required to choose a number of Outcomes to be covered by each Parlay under the System; available options, if any, will be displayed as a fractional number where denominator represents total number of Outcomes chosen and numerator represents a number of Outcomes to be covered by each respective Parlay. Participation in a System shall be conducted under the rules applicable for Parlays (to be applicable to each covered Parlay separately and independently), subject to the following additional rules:

○   amount of Your Bet in System will be allocated equally between all covered Parlays; and

○   minimum allowed amount of a Bet per a Parlay covered by a System shall be Twenty Pesewas (GHS 0.2) (and minimum allowed Bet amount for System shall ensure adhering of this rule and general minimum Bet rule simultaneously); and

○   maximum allowed amount of Win resulting from a System shall be equal to a general maximum allowed amount of Win under the T&C.

2.  From time to time We reserve the right to offer additional one-time, limited or regular wagering options upon respective additional rules.

3.  You may see the examples of calculations related to wagering options in the Annex 2 hereto, which shall be deemed illustrative only and shall not be legally binding.

5.  VIP BETS

1.  From time to time we reserve the right, but are not obliged, to foresee a participation in a Betting Game under specific conditions (e.g. increased maximum allowed Bet/Win amounts, personal odds etc.) (the “VIP Bet”). If You wish to participate in a Betting Game under the said conditions (which are to be determined by Us on a case-by-case basis), You should apply for the VIP Bet approval, using “VIP Bet” option on the Website, if available. Betting Games under VIP Bet conditions, if any, shall always be subject to the specific conditions to be stipulated and communicated by Us (e.g. minimum allowed Bet amount) and may only be available if You are compliant with the applicable requirements to be stipulated by Us and displayed on a respective VIP Bet option page. Your application for VIP Bet will be considered and, in case of approval, will be accepted under conditions effective as of the moment of Your application. Your application may not be withdrawn. Save for the specific expressed conditions stipulated by Us for VIP Bets, participation in Betting Games with VIP Bets shall always be subject to the T&C, including this Rules.

2.  After You apply for a VIP Bet, we will consider whether or not to approve Your application. The decision is to be made at Our sole and absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubts, We are not obliged to approve any VIP Bet application regardless of Your Account balance, preferred Bet amount, betting history or any other circumstances, and We reserve the right to decline Your VIP Bet application for any or no reason without any explanations. If the application has not been approved by the moment the covered Outcomes have become unavailable for wagering, the application shall be deemed declined.

6.  SETTLEMENTS

1.  After the Event (or its respective part, e.g. first half, when an Outcome, Your predicted, covers solely the results of the first half) has been completed, and when all official results, statistics and timelines have been published, We will study, on the basis of the official data, whether or not Outcomes predicted by You has come true. When officially published results contain obvious mistakes, We reserve the right to use Our internal data or to suspend related settlements until the official data is corrected.

2.  The initially published official results and statistics of an Event shall always be considered for the purpose of settlements as final and trustworthy, even if protested thereafter.

3.  Save for special rules regarding certain Outcome options, wagering options and special rules for specific type of Events, You shall be entitled to receive a Win:

●   in a Betting Game with a Single option (the “Single”) – if an Outcome, predicted by You, do has come true (or is deemed so according to this rules);

●   in a Parlay – if all Outcomes, predicted by You, do has come true (or are deemed so according to this Rules);

●   in a System – if at least one covered Parlay entitles You to receive a Win therefrom under the immediately foregoing rule.

4.  If You are entitled to receive a Win:

●   for Singles and Parleys the amount of Win shall be equal to the product of multiplication of Your Bet in a respective Betting Game by the Odd (but not greater than a maximum Win amount allowed under the T&C), where value of an Odd shall be calculated as follows:

○   for Singles – the Odd value shall be equal to a value of an odd assigned to the Outcome predicted by You in such a Single (subject always to possible odd amendments according to this Rules);

○   for Parlays – the Odd value shall be equal to the product of consecutive multiplication of values of odds assigned to each Outcome predicted by You in such a Parlay (subject always to possible odd amendments according to this Rules);

●   for Systems the amount of Win shall be equal to the sum of amounts of Wins from all covered Parlays (to be calculated according to the respective rules above as if each such covered Parley were a separate Betting Game) that, according to the respective rules, would entitle You to receive a Win;

●   in any Betting Game with other wagering options the Win shall be calculated under the rules applicable for such a wagering option.

5.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, under no circumstances shall the Win amount be greater than amount of relevant Bet by more than ten thousand (10000) times, or be higher than the maximum allowed Win amount stipulated under the T&C, whichever is lesser.

6.  Unless there are any grounds for suspension or cancelation of any Wins crediting, We will use best efforts to credit Your Win to Your Account balance as soon as practicably possible.

7.  CASH OUT

1.  From time to time, We may, but are not obliged to, make a cash-out option available to You with regard to any Betting Game being yet not completed (i.e. when the Outcomes covered by Your predictions are still being unknown). When available, a cash-out option allows You to cancel a wagering agreement and to receive a cash-out fee of a certain amount, determined by Us at Our sole and absolute discretion, which amount may either be higher or lower than amount of Your Bet in such a Betting Game.

2.  When available, cash-out option shall be applicable only to an entire Betting Game (for example, You may not apply cash-out to a separate Outcome covered by a Parlay, or to a separate Parley covered by a System).

3.  If a cash-out option is available and You wish to use it, You shall apply for it in “My Bets” section of the Website. Notwithstanding the cash-out conditions are dynamic, Your application for the cash-out shall be subject to the conditions in effect as of the moment You submit it. We, at Our sole discretion, will decide whether to approve Your application for cash-out. In case of approval, We will use best efforts to credit Your cash-out fee to Your Account balance as soon as practicably possible. We reserve the right to decline any cash-out application for any or no reason without any explanations.

4.  You agree that You cannot withdraw Your cash-out application. When Your cash-out application is approved, the correctness of Your predictions regarding the Outcomes covered by a Betting Game in question, shall not affect the applied cash-out conditions.

8.  VOID PREDICTIONS

1.  We reserve the right to recognize Your predictions regarding the Outcomes of Events to be void in the following cases:

●   if Event details and/or Outcomes and/or assigned odds are published or displayed incorrectly due to a software error, human mistake, fraudulent actions or for whatsoever other reason; and/or

●   if Your application is made after the related result has been known or has been objectively inevitable (or when we have reasonable suspicion of the same); and/or

●   if Your application relates to an Event with predetermined outcomes due to any kind of collusion (or when we have reasonable suspicion of the same); to determine a fact or possibility of such collusions We will rely on Our own investigations as well as on the information provided by trustful authorities and organizations, including (Tennis Integrity Unit (TIU), Early Warning System GmbH (EWS), FederBet AISBL); and/or

●   if Your prediction becomes irrelevant as set forth below.

2.  Your prediction regarding an Outcome of an Event shall be deemed becoming irrelevant, when it is impossible to define whether or not an Outcome predicted by You has or would become true, including, without limitation and without derogation of the generality of this clause, as described below:

●   when the Event is cancelled (postponement of an Event for more than thirty-six (36) hours and/or changing place of Event conduction shall be deemed cancellation) – all predictions related to all Outcomes of such an Event shall be deemed irrelevant;

●   when the Event is interrupted and is not resumed (Event shall be deemed not resumed if not actually resumed within twelve (12) hours following the interruption) - all predictions related to Outcomes of entire Event or to Outcomes of the Event’s stages that have not taken place due to the interruption, shall be deemed irrelevant. For the avoidance of doubts, Your predictions regarding the Outcomes of stages that do take place, shall be treated in a general order;

●   when any optional stage of Event (a stage that, according to the Event rules, is to be conducted only under certain circumstances, e.g. additional round that is to be conducted only in case of draw after completion of all mandatory rounds) does not take place – all predictions related to separate Outcomes of such a stage shall be deemed irrelevant;

●   when any participant does not take part in the Event – all predictions related to Outcomes of such Event connected directly with such participant shall be deemed irrelevant;

●   when two or more participants win in the Event – all predictions related to winning by any of such participants shall be deemed irrelevant;

●   when two or more participants (teams, players etc.) take the same place in the Event – all predictions related to taking such place by any of such participants shall be deemed irrelevant;

●   when two or more participants (teams, players etc.) simultaneously get into the same situation (e.g. two players get yellow cards) – all “who-will-be-first” predictions related to such situation connected with any of such participants shall be deemed irrelevant;

●   when expected accident or event does not take place – all predictions related to the moment of such accident or event to take place shall be deemed irrelevant, unless Outcome “not to take place” is offered under the Wagering option;

●   when any Event in a set of Events (e.g. competition, being, for the avoidance of doubts, an Event itself) is cancelled – all predictions related to all statistical Outcomes (e.g. number of draws, goals etc.) of such Event (competition) shall be deemed irrelevant;

●   when actual outcome of an Event is equal to a threshold (N) in any “Over/Under N” Outcome option offered by Us – all predictions related to such Outcome shall be deemed irrelevant;

●   when speculative outcome of an Event is draw in any “Handicap” Outcome option (including “Handicap 0”) offered by Us – all predictions related to such Outcome shall be deemed irrelevant;

●   when accrual outcome of an Event is neither of Outcomes available under the Outcome option (e.g. it is draw, when only winning Outcomes are available) – all predictions regarding all available Outcomes under such Outcome option shall be deemed irrelevant;

●   when no official results of an Event are published – all predictions related to such Event shall be deemed irrelevant.

3.  Without derogation of the generality of this clause, the same principles as above are to be applicable in all similar situations.

4.  When Your prediction regarding an Outcome is recognized void by Us, an Outcome so predicted shall be deemed having come true, however, a value of an odd assigned to such an Outcome shall be deemed amended to one (1). The settlements regarding Betting Games covering void predictions may be, at Out sole discretion, postponed till the completion of relevant investigation.

9.  SPECIAL RULES FOR SPECIFIC EVENT TYPES

1.  Participation in Betting Games with regard of specific Event types (e.g. football Events, or cricket Events), may be subject to some special rules (the “Special Rules”), provided in the Annex 3 hereto, being integral part of this Rules, incorporated by reference.

2.  The Special Rules shall apply to the participation in Betting Games to the extend not specifically covered hereunder, while:

●   for all matters covered by both the Special Rules and the Rules without any contradictions, the Special Rules and the Rules shall apply cumulatively; and

●   to all matters covered by both the Special Rules and the Rules with any kind of contradictions, either the Special Rules or the Rules shall apply, whichever is being stricter in respect of You.

ANNEX 1

EXAMPLES OF OUTCOME OPTIONS (the list of examples is non-exhaustive and solely for illustrative purposes)

1.  EXAMPLES OF SIMPLE OUTCOME OPTIONS (COVERING SINGLE EXACT ACTUAL RESULT):

1.  Football Full-time Result Outcome option:

Description:

You may try to predict the following Outcomes of a completed football match between Team A and Team B:

  • Team A wins – Your prediction will be deemed correct if Team A actually wins a completed match;
  • Draw – Your prediction will be deemed correct if a completed match ends with a draw score;
  • Team B wins – Your prediction will be deemed correct if Team B actually wins a completed match.

2.  Example of a Betting Game:

You participate in a Single choosing to predict Event Outcome “Team A wins” with assigned odd 1.5, setting Bet amount of GHS 1 000:

  • If Team A actually wins, You will be entitled for a Win of GHS 1 500 (GHS 1 000[Bet] x 1.5 [Odd] );
  • If, however, Team B wins or it is draw (Outcome, You have predicted, does not come true), You will not be entitled for any Wins.
  • Football Full-time Exact Score Outcome option:

Description:

You may try to predict the exact score of a completed football match between Team A and Team B (e.g. “2-0”, or “1-1”). Your prediction will be deemed correct if actual score of a completed match is exactly the same as You have predicted.

Example of a Betting Game:

You participate in a Single choosing to predict Event Outcome “exact score 3-2” with assigned odd 1.5, setting Bet amount of GHS 1 000:

  • If the Event is completed with final score 3-2, You will be entitled for a Win of GHS 1 500 (GHS 1 000[Bet] x 1.5[Odd] );
  • If, however, the Event is completed with any other score (including 2-3) (Outcome, You have predicted, does not come true), You will not be entitled for any Wins.

2.  EXAMPLE OF DOUBLE CHANCE OUTCOME OPTION (COVERING TWO (2) OPTIONAL RESULTS THAT MAY NOT EXIST SIMULTANEOUSLY):

Football Full-time Double-Chance Outcome option:

Description:

You may try to predict the following Outcomes of a completed football match between Team A and Team B:

  • Team A wins or Draw – Your prediction will be deemed correct if either Team A wins a completed match or if a completed match ends with draw score;
  • No Draw (i.e. Team A wins or Team B wins) – Your prediction will be deemed correct if either team wins a completed match;
  • Draw or Team B wins – Your prediction will be deemed correct if either Team B wins or if a completed match ends with draw score.

3.  Example of a Betting Game:

You participate in a Single choosing to predict Event Outcome “No Draw” with assigned odd 1.5, setting Bet amount of GHS 1 000:

  • If either team wins, You will be entitled for a Win of GHS 1 500 (GHS 1 000[Bet] x 1.5[Odd] );
  • If, however, the Event is completed with draw score (Outcome, You have predicted, does not come true), You will not be entitled for any Wins.

4.  EXAMPLE OF A RANGE OUTCOME OPTION (COVERING RANGE OF RESULTS):

Football Full-time Total Over/Under Outcome option:

Description:

You may try to predict the following Outcomes of a completed football match between Team A and Team B:

  • Total Over N – Your prediction will be deemed correct if a total number of goals scored during a completed match by both teams is more than N (but not equal to N);
  • Total Under N – Your prediction will be deemed correct if a total number of goals scored during a completed match by both teams is less than N (but not equal to N).

If, however, the number of goals scored by both teams is equal to N, Your prediction will be deemed void.

Example of a Betting Game:

You participate in a Single choosing to predict Event Outcome “Total Over 3” with assigned odd 1.5, setting Bet amount of GHS 1 000:

  • If the Event is completed with total number of scored goals of 4 or more, You will be entitled for a Win of GHS 1 500 (GHS 1 000[Bet] x 1.5[Odd] );
  • If the Event is completed with total number of scored goals of 2 or less (Outcome, You have predicted, does not come true), You will not be entitled for any Wins;
  • If the Event is completed with the total number of scored goals of 3, Your prediction will be deemed void, therefore, You will be entitled for a Win of GHS 1 000 (GHS 1 000[Bet] x 1[Odd after the initial odd amendment according to the Rules] ).

6.  EXAMPLE OF SPECULATIVE OUTCOME OPTION (COVERING SPECULATIVE RESULTS):

Football Full-time Handicap Outcome option:

Description:

You may try to predict the following Outcomes of a completed football match between Team A and Team B:

  • Team A wins with +N – Your prediction will be deemed correct if Team A actually (1) wins a completed match or (2) loses it with the difference between numbers of goals, actually scored by each team, less than N (but not equal to N);
  • Team A wins with -N – Your prediction will be deemed correct if Team A actually wins a completed match with the difference between numbers of goals, actually scored by each team, more than N (but not equal to N);
  • Team B wins with +N (to be estimated accordingly as described for “Team A wins with +N” above);
  • Team B wins with -N (to be estimated accordingly as described for “Team A wins with -N” above).

Correctness of Your prediction is to be determined on the basis of speculative match results that would come true if a team of Your choice scored N more (for +N) or N less (for -N) goals than actually did.

If, however, the difference between numbers of goals, scored by each team, is equal to N (so it would be draw if a team of Your choice scored N more (for +N) or N less (for -N) goals), Your prediction will be deemed void.

Examples of Betting Games:

1.  Win with +N: You participate in a Single choosing to predict Event Outcome “Team A wins with +2” with assigned odd 1.5, setting Bet amount of GHS 1 000:

  • If the Event is completed with the score 2-3, Team A actually loses, but if the team scored 2 more goals (as stipulated under the +2 speculative condition), it would win with the score 4-3, therefore, You will be entitled for a Win of GHS 1 500 (GHS 1 000[Bet] x 1.5[Odd] );
  • If the Event is completed with the score 0-3, Team A still actually loses, and even if the team scored 2 more goals (as stipulated under the +2 speculative condition), it would still lose with the score 2-3 (speculative Outcome, You have predicted, would not come true), therefore, You will not be entitled for any Wins;
  • If the Event is completed with the score 1-3, Team A actually loses again, but if the team scored 2 more goals (as stipulated under the +2 speculative condition), it would be draw with score 3-3, therefore, Your prediction will be deemed void and You will be entitled for a Win of GHS 1 000 (GHS 1 000[Bet] x 1[Odd after the initial odd amendment according to the Rules] ).

2.  Win with -N: You participate in a Single choosing to predict Event Outcome “Team A wins with -2” with assigned odd 1.5, setting Bet amount of GHS 1 000:

  • If the Event is completed with the score 3-0, Team A actually wins, and even if the team scored 2 less goals (as stipulated under the -2 speculative condition), it would also win with the score 1-0, therefore, You will be entitled for a Win of GHS 1 500 (GHS 1 000[Bet] x 1.5 [Odd] );
  • If the Event is completed with the score 3-2, Team A actually wins again, but if the team scored 2 less goals (as stipulated under the -2 speculative condition), it would lose with the score 1-2 (speculative Outcome, You have predicted, would not come true), therefore, You will not be entitled for any Wins;
  • If the Event is completed with the score 3-1, Team A actually wins again, but if the team scored 2 less goals (as stipulated under the -2 speculative condition), it would be draw with score 1-1, therefore, Your prediction will be deemed void and You will be entitled for a Win of GHS 1 000 (GHS 1 000[Bet] x 1[Odd after the initial odd amendment according to the Rules] ).

8.  EXAMPLES OF DOUBLE OUTCOME OPTIONS (COVERING TWO (2) OPTIONAL RESULTS THAT MAY NOT EXIST SIMULTANEOUSLY):

1.  Football Full-time Asian Total Outcome option:

Description:

You may try to predict the following Outcomes of a completed football match between Team A and Team B:

1.  Over N (Sub-Outcomes are Over N1 and Over N2 (here and hereinbelow N1 is always equal to N -0.25 and N2 is always equal to N +0.25; therefore, the difference between N1 and N2 is always equal to 0.5) – correctness of Your prediction will be determined as follows:

○   if total number of goals scored during a completed match by both teams is more than both N1 and N2, Your prediction will be deemed “correct-correct”, therefore, the predicted Outcome will be deemed to come true and the odd applicable for such predicted Outcome will be equal to initial odd assigned to it;

○   if total number of goals scored during a completed match by both teams is more than N1 but equal to N2, Your prediction will be deemed “correct-void”, therefore, the predicted Outcome will be deemed to come true but the odd to be actually applicable for such prediction will be amended according to the following formula: AO = (IO+1)/2, where “AO” stands for the amended odd to be assigned to the Outcome and “IO” stands for the initial odd assigned to the Outcome;

○   if total number of goals scored during a completed match by both teams is equal to N1 and less than N2, Your prediction will be deemed “void-false”, therefore, the predicted Outcome will be deemed to come true but the odd to be actually applicable for such prediction will be amended to 0.5;

○   if total number of goals scored during a completed match by both teams is less than both N1 and N2, Your prediction will be deemed “false-false”, and the predicted Outcome will be deemed not to come true.

2.  Under N (Sub-Outcomes are Under N1 and Under N2 – correctness of Your prediction will be determined as follows:

○   if total number of goals scored during a completed match by both teams is less than both N1 and N2, Your prediction will be deemed “correct-correct”, therefore, the predicted Outcome will be deemed to come true and the odd applicable for such predicted Outcome will be equal to initial odd assigned to it;

○   if total number of goals scored during a completed match by both teams is less than N2 but equal to N1, Your prediction will be deemed “correct-void”, therefore, the predicted Outcome will be deemed to come true but the odd to be actually applicable for such prediction will be amended according to the following formula: AO = (IO+1)/2, where “AO” stands for the amended odd to be assigned to the Outcome and “IO” stands for the initial odd assigned to the Outcome;

○   if total number of goals scored during a completed match by both teams is equal to N2 and more than N1, Your prediction will be deemed “void-false”, therefore, the predicted Outcome will be deemed to come true but the odd to be actually applicable for such prediction will be amended to 0.5;

ANNEX 3

SPECIAL RULES FOR SPECIFIC EVENT TYPES

The following Special Rules shall be applicable to the Betting Games participation. We also reserve the right to apply generally applicable betting rules for types of Events at our sole discretion. Such generally applicable rules shall be deemed included herein by reference.

For the purpose of determining whether an Outcome comes true:

1.  FOOTBALL

Football predictions are accepted on the regulation time, which is conditioned by the rules of the match/tournament. It includes additional or compensated time appointed by the referee or by a representative of the match at the expiration of the regulation time (match/half). The minutes of the events that took place at the time compensated/added by the judge are 45(forty fifth) or 90 (ninetieth) minutes.

1.  In a cup competition that consists of many matches, Outcome called “Qualifying to the next round” may be offered, which is to be determined on the basis of combined score of the relevant matches.

2.  "Who will score more goals" Outcome” - it is proposed to compare two teams from different matches.

  • In “Player’s statistics” Outcomes own goals are not counted.
  • In "At least one player will score 2 or more goals" Outcomes, goals scored by substitutes also count.

3.  Second yellow card that results in the player's sending off is counted as both: another yellow card and a red card. A player will be considered as sent-off if he was in the field at the time of being sent off. The cards shown to players on the bench and the staff (coaches, managers, etc.) are not included. Cards shown after the whistle about the end of the 1st half are considered as cards shown in the 2nd half. If two or more players from different teams get yellow/red cards in the match on the basis of a single incident of the game, then "First yellow/red card" predictions will be deemed irrelevant.

Corner kicks that are assigned but not performed do not count. If the referee does not count the corner and appoints it again - it will be counted only once.

4.  Outcomes related to event that happens first in a definite period of the Event. It is proposed to predict what will happen earlier in this period: out, foul, goal kick, corner, offside, goal or none of the above.

We also offer the pairwise comparison of various statistical indicators, in which it is proposed to predict what happens earlier at a certain period of the Event. For example: out, foul or none of the above. An event is considered to have happened for the settlement purposes:

  • corner - in the case of actually performed kick from the corner mark;
  • goal kick - when actually performed kick from the goal;
  • out - in the case of actually performed throwing;
  • offside - in the case of actually performed free kick after registering offside;
  • foul - in the case of actually performed penalty or a free kick after registering violation; Time tracking of each event for the settlement purposes shall be considered:
  • out - the time at the moment of actual throwing performance;
  • foul - the time at the moment of actually performed penalty or a free kick after registering violation;
  • goal kick - the time when actually performed kick from the goal;
  • corner - time at the moment of the actual kick performance from the corner mark; offside - the time at the moment of actual free kick performance after registering offside; goal - time of the timer in the moment of scoring (when the ball crossed the goal line).

5.  The prediction correctness will be determined on the basis of the timer on the TV broadcast of the TV channel, which will be specified in the comments to a specific match on the line. The line timer is started in synchronization with the specified channel timer and is considered the main timer for settlement in the moments of the temporary absence of a timer in a television broadcast. In case of any disputes, to make the final decision, information about the match We receive from internal sources will be applied.

6.  What will happen earlier in the first 5 minutes of the match?

The rule applies to the predictions applied before kick-off.

It is proposed to predict the event that will happen earlier within the first 5 minutes of the match:

  • Goal scored
  • Corner appointed
  • Penalty appointed
  • Card shown
  • None of the above

7.  Predictions applied regarding the first 5 minutes of the match will determined based on the events that happened in the time period from the first to the fifth minute inclusive (0:00-5:00).

To consider the prediction as correct, the goal must be scored within the allotted time period. The goal will be ignored if the kick was made within the allotted time period, but the goal was scored out of this period.

Corner should be appointed within the allotted time period. Corner will be considered if it has been appointed.

Penalty should be appointed within the allotted time period. Penalties will be ignored if the reason of penalty appointment happened within the allotted time period, and its appointment itself - no. Penalty will be considered if it has been appointed within the allotted time period, but its direct attempt to implement - not.

Red and yellow cards are counted at the moment when they are shown, and not at the time of the violation. The card is not considered if its cause happened within the allotted time period, but its immediate showing - no. Only those cards count that have been shown to the players participating in the game at the moment of penalty.

Appointed penalty is considered as predicted correctly if the penalty had been appointed before the referee showed the card for a foul.

8.  Shots on the goal post or crossbar. The predictions correctness determination takes into account shots at the goal post or crossbar, after which the ball stayed in play (touched the player, referee on the field, another goal post or crossbar, went on the pitch or crossed sideline. A goal post or crossbar is not taken into account if a) the game was stopped before the ball touched the goal post or crossbar b) after the ball touched a goal post or crossbar, it went out of the goal-line without touching the field, c) ball flew into the net (the goal was scored).

9.  Goalless time intervals. If there are n goals scored in the match, the minutes on which the goals were scored break the time interval of the match (from 0 to 90 minutes) to n + 1 goalless time intervals. The length of the goalless time intervals is settled as the difference between the minutes of the first goal and the beginning of the match, the minutes of successively scored goals and the minutes of the end of the match and the last goal. The beginning of the match - 0 min. If there are no goals in match, we consider that in the match there is only one goalless time intervals with a length of 90 minutes.

2.  ICE HOCKEY:

1.  Predictions are considered to relate only to the regular time of the matches (no extra-time). However, preliminary predefined cases may apply.

2.  Predictions on shots on goal, penalty time and individual performance of players are accepted including overtime period, excluding shootout (for NHL and World Cup matches). For the matches held under the auspices of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), predictions on shots on goal, penalty time and individual performance of players are accepted for the main time.

3.  If one or more matches are interrupted and not finished, the predictions on the "home-away" will be deemed irrelevant.

4.  "Come From Behind and Win" Outcome – predict whether a team, losing in some point in the match, come back and win the game.

3.  TENNIS:

1.  Information on the tennis court surface is informative only. If the surface is changed, predictions will remain valid. Claims regarding the incorrect information about the court surface are not accepted.

2.  If one of the players in tennis refuses to continue the match regardless of the reason for disqualification, then:

if at least one set is completely played:

  • all predictions on winning the match are considered valid, and the match winner is determined in accordance with the decision of the referee;
  • all predictions that are actually completed by the time of interruption are considered valid;
  • all predictions with handicap for the games and sets will be deemed irrelevant.

3.  if the first set is not completely played:

  • all predictions on the match will be deemed irrelevant, with the exception that the match was actually completed by the time of match interruption.

4.  If the regulations are changed (a 5-set match is changed into a 3-set match or vice versa), the predictions on the following:

  • winner of the match;
  • winner of the 1st set;
  • handicap for games in the 1st set;
  • total of the 1st set;

5.  will be valid, other predictions will be deemed irrelevant.

6.  If competition one or more players are changed in the team, no matter what the reason, the predictions on the match outcome and qualifying to the next round will be valid. If the players have been nominated on list in doubles and one of the players is changed, the predictions will be deemed irrelevant. If the players have not been nominated on the list, the predictions will be valid.

7.  If instead of the decisive set of the match, the so-called "champions tie-break" is played (short game to 10 points won), then the score of the 3rd set is settled as 1-0 for games. Accordingly, the overall Total and handicap for games in a match are settled on the basis of 1-0 in the 3rd set.

4.  BASEBALL:

1.  Predictions on totals and handicaps is considered valid if at least 9 innings were pitched in the game (8.5 in case of the home team's lead). If a game is interrupted or postponed in extra innings, its outcome is determined by the score of the match, recorded after the last full inning, except the cases when the home team equalized the score or came forward in the second half of the period. In this case, the winner is determined by the score of the match recorded at the time of interruption of the game

2.  If there are two matches played on the same day and We offers Outcomes only on one match, the correctness of predictions will be determined on the score of the 1st match.

3.  Predictions on the outcome of the first 5 innings are determined on the basis of the result recorded after 5 full innings.

4.  The minimum duration of the game for the prediction to be considered as valid is 5 innings, except when the home team leads in the score after 4.5 innings. If the game is interrupted or postponed, the winner is determined by the score recorded after the last full inning, except for the cases when the home team equalized the score or came forward in the second half of the period. In this case, the winner is determined by the score of the match recorded at the time of interruption of the game. If a game is interrupted after the home team equalized the score, predictions will be deemed irrelevant.

5.  If 5.5 to 8 innings have been played in a match, predictions on handicap and totals, whose values are not determined by the time of the interruption, will be deemed irrelevant. In this case, predictions on the number of home and away wins for the "home - away" game will be valid, and the remaining predictions – will be irrelevant.

6.  If the pitcher was substituted in the match, this event does not affect the match outcome.

5.  BASKETBALL:

Overtime, appointed by the sum of the results of the two matches, is taken into account only in the betting rounds for the next round (Qualifying to the next round).

2.  The "Performance" Outcome counts only points, rebounds and assists of a certain player. Blocked shots and steals are not counted as Performance.

6.  VOLLEYBALL:
